Mayonaise

Mayonaise

Store-bought mayonnaise contains about 90 milligrams of salt per tablespoon, compared to this low-sodium (but still plenty flavorful!) version’s 22 milligrams. Your sandwiches will no longer have to go without. You can make this in a food processor, but using an immersion blender lets you skip the finicky step of slowly streaming in the oil, which makes it a lot easier to prepare.
