Roasted Turkey Lunch Meat

Roasted Turkey Lunch Meat

Store-bought deli turkey meat typically contains more than 350 mil- ligrams of sodium per two-ounce serving. While you may be able to find low-sodium turkey in some markets, it’s actually quite easy to make your own, and you can cut it as you’d like—sliced thin or thick for sandwiches, or cubed for salads. Using a multicooker that can accommodate a turkey breast will make especially quick work of it.
