Roasted Pork Tacos
This mojo-inspired roasted pork is another great recipe for a multicooker: the pork ends up perfectly tender, and there is less chance of it overcooking and getting dry. A slow cooker works as well, if you want to just throw everything into a pot and have it ready to go after a few hours. You could also make this recipe as a slow braise in the oven by cooking the pork, covered with aluminum foil, for about two hours at 275 degrees F, followed by another hour, uncovered, at 325 degrees to crisp up the crust.
