Hash Browns

Hash Browns

What’s more tempting than a big plateful of crispy golden hash browns? Getting the flip perfected to keep the hash browns in once piece can take some practice. If you aren’t confident in your flipping technique, slide the hash browns onto a plate first, then place the skillet upside down on top of the plate. With your hand on the bottom of the plate, flip the whole thing. A nonstick pan makes flipping much easier—but most nonstick pans don’t brown as well.
